Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, IL is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-time Parts Counter-person to join our team. As a Parts Counter-person, you will play an essential role in our dealership's daily operations by providing excellent customer service and assisting with the sales of automotive parts. Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive parts Locate and order parts as needed for customers and service technicians Receive and stock inventory of automotive parts Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies Process and track purchase orders and invoices Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers Keep up-to-date knowledge of new products and promotions Collaborate with sales team to reach sales goals Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred Knowledge of auto parts and accessories Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management software Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
