Description:
The Parts Advisor supports the daily operations of the Parts Department, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Essential Job Functions Assist customers with parts orders and inquiries. Look up parts using the catalog system. Process invoices, receipts, and order paperwork. Manage shipping, receiving, and parts storage. Maintain organized and clean parts area. Handle warranty parts and special tool inventory. Cut keys and assist with parts deliveries. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 months of related experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to calculate discounts and percentages. Basic understanding of inventory processes. Comfortable working with computers and catalog software. Work Environment Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to wet/humid conditions. Moderate noise level. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities. Physical Demands Regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling parts. Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl.Compensation & Benefits:
The employee will be paid an hourly wage of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic location.Benefits:

The employee may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined by individual and company performance.
