Parts Specialist Job Summary:

Join our team as a Parts Specialist and play a vital role in great customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and full storefront. Offering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Managing parts inventory via cycle counts and ensuring timely delivery of parts to support our operations.

Duties:

• Procure parts and materials necessary for automotive, ag and heavy duty repair.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our instore, over the phone and wholesale.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and source appropriate parts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions.
• Make deliveries to customers when needed.
• Help maintain a clean and full storefront.

Qualifications:

• Experience in parts look up and sales.
• Knowledge of automotive repair industry.
• Strong supplier management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mechanical knowledge for identifying parts
