Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate, audit-ready inventory through disciplined daily cycle counts Ensure technicians receive correct parts quickly to minimize shop downtime Source, price, and identify heavy-duty truck parts using CDK and manufacturer catalogs Secure competitive vendor pricing and manage supplier relationships Create and submit precise, timely purchase orders Receive and process special orders without errors or delays Execute organized, efficient shipping and receiving operations Maintain clean, labeled, and structured inventory systems Load and unload deliveries safely (forklift required) Control shop supply levels responsibly to prevent shortages or overstock Track and inventory shop tools Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers Operate the company vehicle safely to pick up parts and materials from local vendors Retrieve and restock tires rom high-level storage areas (up to 30 feet) using specialized lifting platforms Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Ability to work comfortably and safely at elevated heights Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable driving company vehicles; cargo van and pickup truck Driver's License is required Authorized to work in the United States Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of Parts counter experience CDK experience is preferred Experience operating a Forklift Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
