Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counterperson St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | St. Charles, IL Annual Earnings from $60,000 - $90,000 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Join One of the Busiest Parts Departments in the Area! St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor / Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. If you have dealership parts experience, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This is not an entry-level position. Previous automotive parts department experience is required. Our Parts Department serves not only our busy dealership but also supports an additional off-site parts warehouse located just minutes away, making our team a central resource for retail customers, service technicians, wholesale accounts, and local businesses throughout the area. What You'll Do Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases Work directly with service technicians and advisors to identify and source the correct parts Accurately research parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software Process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts Maintain organized inventory and merchandising standards Communicate with vendors regarding availability, pricing, and deliveries Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining speed and accuracy Collaborate with our off-site warehouse team to fulfill customer and dealership needs What We're Looking For Automotive Parts Department experience is required CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience is a strong plus Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Computer proficiency and dealership parts software experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Why St. Charles CDJR?
