Summary:
This position oversees the parts process from start to finish and will interact closely with vendors, dealers, and retail customers, providing exceptional support. This position exists to procure and distribute parts to our customers while performing necessary duties to develop and support the department's responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the parts process from start to finish.
- Research and accurately identify part numbers for dealerships promptly.
- Obtain quotes from vendors.
- Prepare and process part sales orders in ERP.
- Create and distribute part purchase orders to vendors for fulfillment.
- Create and distribute part invoices to dealer organizations for payment.
- Respond to communications from dealers and retail customers in accordance with department expectations, and document necessary interactions.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment in accordance with department goals.
- Execute returns and credits for damaged, incorrect, or no longer needed parts from dealers or customers.
- Oversee and conduct parts physical inventory counts.
- Oversee parts inventory.
- Maintain accurate records for purchased and/or returned parts.
- Develop and maintain parts catalog including part numbers, descriptions, costs, and images.
- Create procedures, policies, and performance standards in line with an exceptional industry-changing customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the needs of the department.
- Assist with processing RMA's for the department.
- Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business.
- Comply with department policies and procedures.
- Ensure dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Ember Recreational Vehicle products and ownership experience programs.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and retail customers.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while collaborating and interacting with the entire team.
- Willingness to learn, ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues to resolve problems and implement process improvements.

- This position requires light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature approximately 75% of the workday with occasional strenuous activity requiring lifting, bending, pushing, pulling.
- This may require sitting, standing, and working in front of a computer monitor approximately 75% of the day.
- This position requires the use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment, the ability to reach with hands and arms, etc.
- This position may require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- This is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours or days worked.
- Regular attendance is essential.
Pay:
$24.34 - $29.31 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
