We are looking for two experienced Parts Counterpeople to join the team at our Volvo dealership.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and sell parts over the counter Identify and accurately look up parts using electronic parts catalogs Assist customers with parts enquiries and recommend the correct parts for their needs Process parts orders efficiently and accurately Use dealership and parts management software to manage parts enquiries and sales Communicate effectively with customers, technicians and other members of the dealership team Maintain a high level of product knowledge across truck and automotive parts Work efficiently in a busy, customer-facing environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional parts experience Heavy-duty truck parts experience is preferred, but automotive parts experience will also be considered Fleet, trucking or commercial vehicle parts experience will also be considered Previous CDK experience is preferred Must have previous professional parts experience

Shift Options:

8:00 AM

•4:30 PM — Saturdays required, with one weekday off 11:00 AM
