Parts Counterperson Kokomo Auto World is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. If you have automotive parts experience, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Assist retail and customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts. Work closely with service technicians to provide the correct parts in a timely manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries. Research part numbers using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software. Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately. Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate parts department. Assist with inventory counts and inventory control. Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction. Requirements:
Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred. Toyota and/or Honda dealership experience is a plus but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
