We strive to provide the best choice of products and the highest level of service. Wright Implement is seeking Parts Counter Representatives for the Parts Department; Full-Time and Part-Time schedules are available.
Responsibilities:
Promotes, recommends, and maximizes sell of products and/or services to meet customer needs Supplies Service Technicians with parts as requested Assists with preparing, zoning, and maintaining merchandise displays Assist with parts inventory; entering into computer system, sorting and storing in proper locations Assists in keeping parts department/sales floor clean and orderly Follows up on stock shortages and expedites concerns by reporting to the manager Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and assures vehicles are in good working order Additional duties assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other :
Basic data entry/keyboarding skills Basic parts and machinery knowledge Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application and cash register/till Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience Fork-lift license, preferred Wright Implement is an equal opportunity employer.
