Job Description
Duties Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge Ability to use standard desktop applications as well as internet functions. Ability to speak effectively to customers. Ability to analyze and interpret external/internal parts requests. Excellent customer service skills. Quickly provide needed parts to service shops and communicate with them. Ability to work well with others within the department. Desire to learn from additional training. Receive and process parts orders from customers Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability Coordinate with suppliers to source and purchase parts Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy Package and ship parts to customers as needed Cash out customers Basic math skills Skills Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in inspecting and packaging parts Familiarity with chrome, body repair, and the different types of parts used in the heavy-duty trucks.
