What You'll Do As a Wholesale Parts Counter Person, you will play a critical role in supporting our wholesale business by: Assisting wholesale customers, independent repair facilities, and body shops with parts identification and ordering Providing accurate pricing, quotes, and product information Processing parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits efficiently Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts Proactively growing wholesale parts sales through exceptional customer service Coordinating with vendors and the dealership team to ensure timely parts availability Maintaining inventory accuracy and proper stocking levels Utilizing electronic parts catalogs and dealership software to locate and track parts Collaborating with service and parts department personnel to ensure operational excellence What We're Looking For Wholesale automotive parts experience is required.

Qualified candidates should have:

Previous experience in automotive wholesale parts sales or a wholesale parts counter role Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and parts catalogs Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills with both customers and internal team members A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality Experience with dealership management systems preferred BMW or luxury import dealership experience is a plus, but not required Why Join BMW of Schererville?
