Thor Motor Coach, the leading manufacturing motorhome manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Parts Representative to join our team in Wakarusa. This position identifies early alert customers that may be in a service center or dealership too long.

Responsibilities:

Quickly respond to phone calls and emails regarding orders, quotes, and parts issuesAccurately and efficiently research and process parts sales orders and requests for quotations for all customers. This includes processing unlisted parts requests within 24 hours of receiptUpdate customers on changes in status of their orders or requests for quotesCoordinate with Purchasing Agents on expedited orders, status updates, and or cancellations of orders and purchase ordersCoordinate with Customer Service Specialist to facilitate the expediting of items to dealers with elevated warranty statusOther tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
