We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Support for our branch in Kansas City, KS.

The selected candidate will:

Support Service Technicians and manager with installations, service and repair as needed. Follow-up with customers on recommended service needs via phone, email and in person. Support material management activities at the branch including sourcing, shipping, receiving and returning of parts and rental equipment. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma Minimum 5 years work experience Strong mechanical aptitude Good verbal skills for phone and customer interaction Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish) Good driving record Good computer skills Forklift training This is a hourly position, with a hiring range of $22-$26, to commensurate with experience.
