Job Description

Reports To:
Corporate Fleet ManagerResponsibilities and Duties:
Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management programMaintain work pending files.

Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers. Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers. Maintain fuel reports.

Maintain computerized parts inventory.

Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors.

Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.

Develop and issue computer reports as requested.

General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail.

Perform other duties as assigned
Shift/Schedule:
Monday-Friday8 am to 5 pm. Additional hours may be needed.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
