INSIDE PARTS SALES ASSOCIATE

Customer Service :

Provide professional, concise, and polite service for all customers and fellow employee interactions including in person, phone calls, and email communications with clients and internal staff.

Software Experience Requirements :

Microsoft Office Suite:

Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Point of Sale CC machine, and Inventory and Invoice Management Software. C-Systems Enterprise software experiences a huge plus, but OJT is available for C-Systems Responsibilities

• Field Customer Walk-Ins, Phone Calls, and Emails
• Process Customer Orders and Invoices
• Process Shipping for Filled Orders
• Inventory Stocked Parts
• Generate Inventory Reports
• Order Stock and Special Orders with vendors
• Intake Received Parts into Inventory Management System
• File Stocking Reports and Dray Receipts
• Stock Received Parts
• Compile Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually Inventory Reports
• Maintain Good Housekeeping Practices for Organization and Safety Requirements Minimum 5 years Parts experience Minimum Associates Degree Effectively communicate in Business English language Must have professional and goal oriented perspective Physical requirements may include: pull, push carry, lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
