• Auto Body Parts Pelicans Auto Body Parts is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We supply auto body shops with aftermarket collision parts and related products, including bumpers, hoods, fenders, grilles, headlights, radiator supports, and more. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has good communication skills, and is comfortable using a computer. Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated and willing to learn. Responsibilities Answer calls and assist customers with their parts needs Look up auto body parts using our computer system Provide customers with pricing and availability Prepare quotes and take customer orders Follow up with customers on quotes and orders Build and maintain good relationships with customers Help customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email Help grow sales and develop relationships with existing and new customers Work with our team to provide great customer service What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish Friendly and comfortable talking with people Good communication and customer service skills Some computer experience Willingness to learn automotive parts and our computer systems Organized and able to handle multiple customers and orders Dependable and able to work well with a team Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Opportunity Fixed pay + commission This position offers a steady base pay along with commission, giving you the opportunity to earn more as you increase your sales and build your customer relationships.
