This is an active customer service and sales role. You will work closely with the Parts Store Manager to assist contractors, technicians, and service teams with accurate parts identification, ordering, quoting, warranty processing, and product alternatives. Responsibilities Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and through will call Process parts orders accurately and efficiently Perform parts lookup across multiple equipment and product lines Prepare job quotes and maintain an active open quote log for follow-up Process warranty claims Identify substitute products when requested items are unavailable Follow established pricing structures to help maintain desired margins Conduct outgoing sales and customer follow-up calls Stock merchandise and maintain an organized sales and parts area Learn product lines, inventory, vendors, and new product offerings Work closely with the Parts Store Manager and team to support daily operations Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and strong work ethic Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities Positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude Ability to quickly learn product lines, vendors, parts, and substitutions HVAC parts, distribution, warehouse, or contractor supply experience preferred Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Training Training will be provided across multiple product lines. The successful candidate must be willing and able to quickly learn products, vendors, inventory, and appropriate alternatives to confidently assist customers.
