Job Description

Job Summary:
McGovern Chevrolet & Hyundai of Arlington is looking to add an experienced Parts Advisor to our team. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and support both service and retail customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with accurate parts lookup and ordering Process parts requests quickly to keep service moving efficiently Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining accuracy Ensure all parts are billed correctly on repair orders and counter tickets Handle warranty parts in compliance with Stellantis guidelines Manage core returns, parts returns, and vendor communications Track and follow up on backorders Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of dealership parts experience required Experience using CDK (Dealer Management System) is required Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems (CDJR experience preferred) Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay $22 - $25 per hour , based on experience Commission available Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Opportunity for growth within the dealership How to
