This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to ensure smooth parts operations within our automotive service environment. Responsibilities Assist customers in locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill parts needs. Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility and usage. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area. Handle cash, credit, and billing transactions according to company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
