Warehouse Parts Inspector Req #339 East Taunton, Taunton, MA 02718, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Friday, September 25, 2026 at 12:00 AM Jordan's is seeking a Parts Inspector to join our fast-paced Quality Control team at our Taunton, MA Distribution Center. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, maintaining inventory, and distributing parts to the appropriate departments. The Parts Inspector also processes company UPS shipments and receives non-furniture vendor deliveries from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and WB Mason. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay Range:

$18.00

Some of the responsibilities you will be trusted with: Inspects received parts for accuracy ensuring the part matches the PO, SKU, quantity is correct and parts are tagged accurately. Reports any discrepancies and damages to Merchandising. Reviews all special requests by the customer through comments or order alerts. Interacts with multiple departments regarding part order questions such as Merchandising, Customer Service, In Home Service, Q.C. Repair. Tags and confirms merchandise and parts to be shipped via UPS while adhering to all tagging procedures and prepares shipments ensuring all packages are properly protected to avoid damage during shipping. Picks parts using RF scanner and using Crown lift when needed. Takes in trucks and receives in all packages delivered from carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, WB Mason, and some larger carriers. Accounts for all items delivered and distributes items to appropriate areas and other departments as needed. Maintains a department duty sheet to track and categorize all work duties throughout the day. Operates trash compactors, recycling equipment, and electric pallet jacks as needed. Processes recyclable materials. Any other functions or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor

Decisions outside of the parameters of the duties described require approval from Supervisor. What you bring to the table: List additional job-related qualifications that are necessary to perform the job competently, such as technical skills, industry experience, product knowledge, administrative requirements, etc. 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience Proficient with computers and warehouse data systems Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Maintains vendor/parts product knowledge Must be certified through company Crown Lift Training Program to safely operate Order Picker equipment Must be able to operate machinery up to heights of 35 to 50 feet Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials up to 110 lbs.
