Position Summary You will support the Warehouse Manager and field teams by keeping inventory organized, accurate, and readily available. You will assist with receiving and stocking materials, preparing parts and systems for jobs, and picking up and delivering materials from supply houses, vendors, and job sites. This position is ideal for someone who is currently enrolled in or has completed an HVAC Apprenticeship Program and wants to continue developing their industry knowledge while supporting warehouse and field operations. Responsibilities Receive, count, organize, and stock HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, and materials Assist with warehouse inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy Pull and stage materials for service and installation jobs Assist with truck stock replenishment and organization Pick up HVAC and plumbing parts, equipment, and systems from supply houses and vendors Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to job sites as needed Verify that the correct parts, quantities, and equipment are received Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials Return unused, incorrect, or warranty materials to vendors as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Assist with receiving deliveries and putting materials away Communicate inventory needs, discrepancies, and material requests to the Warehouse Manager Assist technicians and installers with material requests and other warehouse needs Follow all company safety procedures and maintain appropriate PPE Requirements Currently enrolled in or have completed an HVAC Apprenticeship Program Basic understanding of HVAC systems, parts, tools, and equipment Valid driver's license and safe driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ServiceTitan Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload HVAC and plumbing materials Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
