Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire - Join Our Dealership Team! Are you passionate about cars, love helping people, and have a knack for keeping things organized? Our dealership is searching for a Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire to be the heart of our parts department! Key Responsibilities Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems Provide pricing, availability, and product information Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments Collaborate with service and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee Discounts A supportive, team-based environment and strong leadership Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred Experience in automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you love cars and helping people, this is your dream job!
