Job Description

We are looking for a full-time experienced parts clerk for our parts department. This position is critical to maintain our reputation for excellent customer service. John Deere counter sales operate in a fast-paced environment with continuous customer contact. Pay is based off experience. DUTIES:

1)Serve as primary telephone contact for customer and supply orders 2)Identify parts through computer programs 3)Assist with inventory 4)Provide excellent customer service 5) Submit orders 6)Maintain a clean and orderly department

REQUIREMENTS

1)Computer knowledge a must 2)Ability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays 3)High school diploma or equal to 4)Prior parts experience is a plus 5)Reliable transportation
