ADVISOR HONDA WITH BONUS OPTIONS

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist to join our HONDA's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our dealership's inventory and our customers and technicians. Your expertise in automotive parts and accessories, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients. Duties Assist customers and technicians by accurately identifying and locating automotive parts and accessories using inventory management systems. Manage automotive parts inventory through proper stocking, ordering, and stock control procedures to ensure availability and minimize shortages. Provide knowledgeable advice on vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and system troubleshooting to support customer needs. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product recommendations, and follow-up to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain organized records of parts orders, inventory levels, and sales using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and specialized CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Requirements Strong knowledge of automotive parts management, inventory control, and retail math principles. Excellent communication skills in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), POS systems, CMMS software, and inventory management tools. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous dealership or retail sales experience involving automotive parts is preferred. Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with a solid understanding of vehicle systems will be advantageous.
