Schedule:
Day Shift Monday to Friday What You'll Do As a Parts Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for customers needing parts and accessories for heavy equipment. This hands-on role combines customer service with inventory and stockroom operations. You'll work closely with our service team and receive paid, on-the-job training to grow your skills. Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiries Use catalogs, schematics, and systems to identify needed parts Process incoming shipments and restock inventory Accurately fill customer and service department orders Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation Perform inventory checks and help maintain organized stock Inspect parts for defects and manager returns or substitutions What You Bring A High School diploma or GED with 1+ year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus) Strong communication, time management and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
