The position objective of a Warehouse Swing is to be the face of MacAllister Machinery to those customers needing parts for their equipment. The successful candidate would process parts orders in a timely manner to provide quality and speedy service.

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders Manage stocks/inventory Receive and inspect remanufactured parts Accept and process any parts returns Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment Advise customers on products, any updates and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary - Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts) Maintain a clean working area per policy Enter customer and shop orders during peak periods

Qualifications:

Minimum completion of High School Diploma Previous experience of 2-3 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
