Job Overview Wyatt Ford is looking for a motivated and dependable Parts Counter Person to join our team. We are open to both experienced and entry-level candidates who are willing to learn, adapt, and grow with us. Dealership parts experience is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to build a long-term career . This position will work with customers and dealership technicians to source and sell parts, process orders, maintain inventory, and help keep our Parts Department organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with identifying and locating automotive parts Research parts using manufacturer and dealership systems Order, receive, and stock automotive parts Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory Prepare parts for service and repair orders Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers Assist with special orders and returns Maintain accurate records and pricing Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient Provide friendly and professional customer service Perform other duties as needed to support the Parts and Service Departments Qualifications Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Automotive knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable Valid driver's license At Wyatt Ford, We're Here for You Every Step of the Way We believe in supporting our team and helping our employees grow.
