Wolf Kubota is a growing equipment company with dealerships in Mattawan, Byron Center, Lakeview and Free Soil. We are a locally owned company with roots going back over 30 years in the industry. We are excited to continue to grow and we are looking for people to fill open positions. We are looking for a highly motivated Parts Sales Representative to staff our Mattawan location. Job Description Read and understand parts catalogs and diagrams when looking up and speaking to specific parts Ability to analyze diagrams and identify parts to meet the customer's maintenance and repair needs Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers Receive parts from vendor shipments Ensure customer satisfaction Operate point of sale computer system and collect payment Maintain an organized and clean department Keep an accurate inventory of parts Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team Gather necessary information about the customer, their equipment, and the issues they are experiencing to create an accurate quote Communicate with customers to advise them about shipment changes and estimated timelines for ordered parts Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team Requirements Mechanical knowledge Desire to learn Position requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy, optimism, and dedication Detail oriented Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills A basic understanding of power equipment and related technology; mechanical experience preferred Ability to use and learn basic computer applications. Experience with MS Office and RIMSS is preferred Minimum of 18 years old Excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Prior experience preferred, but not required Work availability: Monday - Friday and alternating Saturday mornings
