The OEM Dealer Support Supervisor will offer after-market support to our dealers and dealer customers to serviceequipment and parts orders as needed. They will communicate design issues, dealer/customer concerns, or other related feedback to the company. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create SWOT analysis to understand what the dealer needs when growing their Bandit parts and service. Conduct internal and external parts and service training. Verify warranty claims for dealers. Answer dealers/customers questions in a timely manner. Create dealer suggested stock orders. Communicate with other departments on machine issues in the field. Bring the "voice of the customer" back to Bandit dealers/customers by improving customer service, equipment designs, and assisting with troubleshooting machines. Travel to dealers/customers and assist with dealer start-ups, open houses, and trade shows. Work closely with Parts department to set internal and dealer plans to support Bandit parts sales. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Sales background preferred. Proficient computer skills. Two (2) or more years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently sit for extended periods of time. Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend. Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions. Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
