As our Service Department continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our Parts Department. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Service Department by working directly with our technicians, sourcing the right parts, and keeping repairs moving efficiently. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be an important part of a growing team. Responsibilities Support our Service Department by ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs Look up, source, and order heavy-duty truck parts Work closely with technicians and service manager to keep the jobs moving and on schedule Assist customers in person and over the phone Provide exceptional customer service Help maintain an organized, efficient Parts Department What We're Looking For Heavy-duty truck parts knowledge
