This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends and no cold calling. We are looking for candidates with real automotive parts experience who can confidently assist customers with vehicle fitment, part selection, and technical product questions. If you have automotive parts counter experience and strong vehicle knowledge, this is an opportunity to move into a stable, weekday office role. What You'll Do Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat Assist with part selection and vehicle fitment Provide accurate product recommendations Support online orders and pre-sale inquiries Deliver knowledgeable, professional customer service You will have your own desk/workstation in a structured office environment. Required Experience & Knowledge This is not an entry-level position. Prior automotive parts experience/knowledge is required.

Qualified candidates will have:

Previous experience at a dealership parts counter, restoration/performance shop, or national auto parts retailer (AutoZone, O'Reilly, NAPA, etc.) Strong understanding of vehicle fitment and part compatibility Familiarity with brake systems, fuel systems, and general automotive terminology Ability to confidently guide customers to the correct parts We will train you on our specific product line, but solid general automotive knowledge is required.
