About the Role Burnips Equipment is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a designated route, building strong relationships with customers while promoting and selling parts and service solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service both on the road and in-store. What You'll Do Develop and maintain a consistent delivery/sales route, visiting new and existing customers Promote parts, service offerings, and new product availability Accurately identify and source parts, including researching alternative solutions Provide expert recommendations and upsell based on customer needs Follow up with customers on pricing, availability, and delivery Maintain strong communication with internal departments to support customer needs Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Support parts counter operations, including register transactions Participate in inventory management, ordering, and returns Record and track lost sales opportunities Contribute to after-hours support programs as needed Perform specialty services such as hydraulic hose, PTO shaft, and battery cable work Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Complete ongoing training and stay current on products and equipment Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace What We're Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using computer systems and business software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Agricultural or dealership experience is a plus What Sets You Apart You take ownership of your work and results You go the extra mile for customers and teammates You're a team player willing to jump in wherever needed You represent the company with professionalism and positivity You're committed to delivering Legendary Customer Service—every customer, every time Why Join Burnips Equipment?
