Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dealership team. This position is responsible for assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs while ensuring parts are accurately identified, ordered, received, and distributed. The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist technicians and service advisors in identifying and sourcing automotive parts Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership parts systems Order parts from manufacturers and outside vendors Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming parts Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts Issue parts to technicians and accurately document parts usage Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and inquiries Check parts availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times Process returns, cores, warranties, and credits as needed Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts department Communicate with vendors regarding orders, backorders, pricing, and availability Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to ensure customer needs are met Follow dealership policies and manufacturer procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred Automotive knowledge and familiarity with vehicle parts Strong organizational and computer skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to accurately identify parts using electronic catalogs Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a good driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Opportunities for advancement A professional, team-oriented work environment Join our team and become an important part of keeping our dealership and service department running efficiently.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
