Inver Grove Heights, MN Pay Range:

$18.50-$22.50/hour Overview I-State Truck Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Parts Department by coordinating documentation, processing customer transactions, maintaining records, reconciling payments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative and customer-facing responsibilities, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and organization. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers entering the Parts Department.

Process cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately.

Reconcile daily payments, invoices, repair orders, and cash drawer activity.

Prepare and maintain bank deposits and support documentation.

Review, organize, scan, file, and maintain parts invoices, packing slips, and other records.

Upload and maintain departmental documents within company systems and shared folders.

Process customer refunds and payment requests as needed.

Assist with monitoring and maintaining cash collection schedules and payment records.

Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes by providing documentation and payment information.

Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory of department supplies.

Assist with employee PTO tracking and departmental calendar updates.

Respond to internal and external requests for invoices, payment records, and related documentation.

Coordinate vendor and office support needs, including copier maintenance and supply ordering.

Support Parts Department leadership with administrative projects and operational needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous administrative, coordinator, customer service, accounting, or parts department experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Experience with business systems, invoicing, cash handling, or dealership operations is a plus. Why Join Interstate Companies?
