Inver Grove Heights About the Role We are looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Content Creator to develop engaging content that builds brand awareness and connects with our audience across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Responsibilities Create short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and other social content. Develop creative ideas based on current trends and audience interests. Film and edit engaging TikToks, Reels, and Shorts. Manage and schedule social media posts. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. Track content performance and recommend improvements. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style. Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, and algorithms. Qualifications Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms. Strong creativity and storytelling skills. Basic video/photo editing skills. Good understanding of social media trends. Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines. A portfolio or examples of previous social media work is preferred.
