About Lano Equipment For more than 80 years, Lano Equipment has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the equipment industry by valuing hard work, reliability, and long-term relationships. As a family-owned company, we take pride in supporting both our customers and employees with a steadfast commitment to service, teamwork, and growth. Position Overview Lano Equipment is looking for a friendly and organized Parts Counter Representative to join our team and help our customers and mechanics find the exact parts they need. In this fast-paced role, you will look up parts using digital catalogs, process payments, order stock from suppliers, and unpack new shipments. You will also work closely with our repair shop to make sure our own mechanics get their parts quickly, all while keeping the parts department clean, safe, and neatly organized. To be a great fit, you should have excellent computer and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a helpful attitude that keeps our customers' machines running smoothly. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and bend throughout the day, and learn to safely drive a forklift, which we will train you to do. While past experience with tractors, construction equipment, or customer service is a big plus, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
