Parts Counterperson Advisor Full-Time, Fury Ford Waconia, MN Ready for Your Next Opportunity in Automotive? Fury Ford Waconia is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counterperson Advisor to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you'll help technicians and customers find the right parts, keep orders moving, and contribute to an efficient, well-organized parts department. The ideal candidate understands automotive parts, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in providing a great customer experience. If you have dealership parts experience, we would love to talk with you. If you have strong automotive knowledge and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs Identify and locate the correct parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems Provide accurate pricing and availability information Create and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders Communicate with customers regarding order status and expected delivery Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies Coordinate with the Service Department to keep repairs moving efficiently Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members Keep the parts counter, shelves, and work areas clean and organized Follow dealership procedures for safety, security, and inventory control What We're Looking For Automotive parts knowledge or related automotive experience Previous dealership or parts-counter experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers, electronic catalogs, and inventory systems Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed Why Join Fury Ford Waconia?
