Overview Join our dynamic team at Max Motors Dealerships as a vital member responsible for providing exceptional service and support in our parts and service department. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to parts and services. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to facilitate repairs and maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive parts role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Nice to have Knowledge of automotive parts and services. Certification in automotive technology or related fields. Experience with sales and upselling techniques.
