Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:

Rotating 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts)

Hours:

7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., including an hour lunch break

Saturdays:

Some Saturday shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts Communicate clearly with service writers, managers, and technicians Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of prior automotive dealership parts department experience (Chrysler/FCA experience highly preferred) Why Work with Us?
