Job Description

About the
Position:
The primary responsibility of the Wear Parts Specialist is to develop and implement the wear parts and service growth strategy across the T&E Territory. Work closely with Product Support Sales Manager as well as PSSR's/ISR's to develop targeted account growth plans. Conduct annual capability studies to ensure that we have the capacity and capabilities to meet our annual objectives. Assist in the marketing strategy and leverage analytics to define and implement our highest growth opportunities. Be the subject matter expert in CAT Undercarriage and GET (ground engaging tools). Coordinate with the General Parts Manager on inventory recommendations. Occasionally make sales calls with the Products Support Sales Reps.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
A 2 year degree and previous expertise in heavy equipment is preferred. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, attention to detail and results-oriented. Intermediate or above experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products such as Excel and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license is required.
