We run a high-output shop and are looking for someone who can help keep jobs moving efficiently and accurately. Position Overview We are hiring a Parts Specialist to manage day-to-day parts operations. This role is critical to shop productivity—you will work directly with technicians and customers to source, order, and manage parts quickly and accurately. Responsibilities Top notch customer service Order and source parts accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with technicians to identify correct parts needed Manage inventory levels and stock organization Process returns, warranties, and core credits Build and maintain vendor relationships Ensure parts are ready to support scheduled jobs Keep work area organized and efficient Qualifications Previous parts experience preferred (automotive or diesel) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Basic mechanical knowledge preferred Preferred (Not Required) Heavy-duty/diesel parts experience Experience with shop management software (e.g., Fullbay) Vendor network familiarity What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Great benefit package Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for growth within the company Work Environment Fast-paced repair shop environment.
