The ideal candidate has hands-on powersports industry or dealership parts experience and can confidently assist customers with parts, riding gear, and accessories for brands such as Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, and Beta.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts, riding gear, and accessories.
• Provide accurate parts lookup and ordering for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipment.
• Maintain and organize showroom displays and inventory.
• Process parts orders, returns, and special requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure accurate and timely parts availability for repair jobs.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing product education and excellent service.
• Perform daily inventory checks and help manage stock levels and reorders.
• Stay current with new products, technology, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications :

• Prior powersports dealership, parts counter, or closely related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using dealership management, parts lookup, POS, or inventory systems; Lightspeed experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
