In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between customers and our extensive inventory of fleet vehicle parts. Your expertise in vehicle systems and inventory management will ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and confident in their purchase. Responsibilities Assist our customer in locating and selecting the right parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure accuracy and availability Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling with professionalism Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Experience Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair, vehicle systems, and accessories is essential Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar platforms is a plus Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities) are advantageous for serving diverse customers Prior experience with retail sales, cashiering, or POS systems demonstrates your ability to handle transactions confidently Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels accurately and efficiently Join us if you're passionate about cars, thrive on helping customers find the perfect solutions, and want to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
