We're growing, we move fast, and we're looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative who knows their way around a parts room and can keep customers and technicians moving. This role combines parts sales, customer service, inventory control, and technical parts support in a busy dealership environment. Pay & Perks $22

• 25/hr, DOE + overtime Full-time opportunity Stable, long-term position Work with a growing, established dealership Opportunity to develop automotive, heavy truck, and commercial equipment parts expertise What You'll Do Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs Provide parts recommendations and answer customer technical questions when applicable Process parts sales, customer orders, billing, and cash transactions Finalize service and parts billing accurately Build strong professional relationships with customers and identify opportunities to grow parts sales Monitor parts inventory and maintain accurate inventory records Support technician counter needs and ensure technicians have the parts they need Receive, organize, and maintain parts and inventory in the warehouse Work closely with service technicians, parts staff, drivers, vendors, leadership, and customers Maintain organized paperwork and accurate records Keep the parts counter and warehouse clean, safe, and organized Use company computer systems and web-based training programs Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned What You Need Parts inventory and parts department experience required High school diploma or equivalent Experience in automotive, heavy truck, commercial vehicle, or equipment parts is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Ability to learn and use inventory/business management systems Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and confident when interacting with customers and coworkers Forklift experience is a plus Able to lift and handle parts and materials as required Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn Able to work overtime when needed Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Location Charlotte, NC 28269 — in-person position Apply today with Thermo King West .
