We are proud O.E.M. dealers for Sea‑Doo, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Can‑Am , and more. Our Power lab is one of the largest in the state, and we're looking for motivated team members who want to help us continue raising the bar. About the Role We're looking for a self‑driven, customer‑focused salesperson who understands that powersports retail is a business of convenience. Customers choose us because the experience is easy, welcoming, and professional. The right candidate takes pride in representing the dealership well — whether that means coming in early to prep the showroom or staying late to help a customer. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service for parts, accessories, and riding gear sales Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked showroom and parts counter Answer phones promptly (within four rings) and avoid long hold times Ring up all sales accurately and follow proper accounting procedures Learn and apply fundamental sales techniques Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and easy to navigate Assist with receiving and putting away inventory when customer traffic allows Support the service department by issuing parts professionally and efficiently Seek every reasonable opportunity to maximize each selling interaction Perform additional duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or General Manager What We're Looking For Strong internal motivation and a positive attitude Punctuality and reliable attendance High ethical standards in customer and company interactions Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace Willingness to help wherever needed Powersports knowledge or experience is highly preferred
