Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on vehicle systems and repairs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts in accordance with dealership standards using inventory management systems (CMMS) and POS tools Process sales transactions accurately through cashiering and POS systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment for vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service Maintain organized records of parts orders, returns, and stock levels to support inventory accuracy Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and recommending appropriate parts or solutions Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with automotive diagnostics expertise Proficiency in inventory management software (CMMS), Microsoft Office applications, and POS systems Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette during customer interactions Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories sales, retail math, and customer relationship building techniques Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures, automotive systems, and mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable Dealership experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; a passion for automotive service is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your mechanical expertise meets exceptional customer service!
