Automotive Parts Consultant Jerry Spady Chevrolet GMC is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Automotive Parts Consultant to join our parts department. This position is primarily a retail/front-counter role. Previous automotive or parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist retail customers at the parts counter Answer incoming phone calls and help customers identify the correct parts Look up parts using electronic parts catalog Provide pricing and availability information Order and track special-order parts Keep customers updated on ordered parts Accurately invoice and process parts sales Assist technicians and other dealership departments when needed Help receive, stock, and organize incoming parts Maintain a clean and organized parts department Provide friendly and professional customer service Perform other parts department duties as needed Qualifications Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and develop automotive parts knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Schedule Monday through

8:00 AM-5:30

PM Rotating Saturdays:
