Every shop has estimators who can write repair plans. But none of it matters if the right parts aren't there when they're needed. We're looking for an experienced Collision Parts Manager in the Omaha market who understands that running a great parts department isn't just about placing orders. It's about keeping production moving. If you know what's arriving today, what's still on backorder, which bumper showed up damaged, which vendor owes you a credit, and which technician is going to need parts tomorrow before they come looking for you — we want to talk. What You'll Own This is your department. You'll be responsible for managing the parts process from initial order through final return and credit.

Including:

Ordering parts from dealerships and other approved vendors Reviewing repair plans and identifying required parts Sourcing OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and alternative parts Receiving and inspecting incoming orders Mirror-matching parts before they reach production Identifying incorrect, damaged, or missing parts immediately Organizing and staging parts by vehicle and repair Tracking backorders and outstanding orders Following up aggressively on delayed parts Managing supplements and additional parts requests Processing returns and tracking vendor credits Reviewing invoices and maintaining accurate documentation Communicating pricing and availability changes Working directly with estimators and technicians Monitoring parts costs and profitability Keeping the parts department clean and organized We're Looking for a Collision Parts Professional This is not a general warehouse or retail parts position. Collision repair moves differently. We're looking for someone who understands repair plans, supplements, production schedules, vendor relationships, parts margins, returns, credits, and the importance of having everything ready before a vehicle reaches a technician. Previous collision repair parts experience is strongly preferred. Experience with CCC ONE or similar collision management software is also preferred. You'll Probably Be Good at This Job If... You're the person who notices the wrong part before it becomes a problem. You don't let backorders disappear into an email inbox. You know where your returns are. You know which vendors owe credits. Your parts carts don't look like a garage sale. And when production asks about a part, you usually already know the answer. This is the level of organization we're looking for.
