Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parts Associate. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and the parts they need to keep their equipment running smoothly. You'll provide exceptional service while managing inventory and fulfilling orders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What you'll do
Inventory Control:
Receiving parts, verifying deliveries against packing slips/invoices, bin locations and labeling, and accurately stocking parts in designated locations.
Record Keeping:
Entering data into inventory systems, maintaining accurate records of parts sold, inventory levels, and tracking shipments. Utilize manufacturer portals and CRM tools to source and order inventory
Order Processing:
Fulfilling internal and customer orders by locating and preparing parts for service technicians or retail sales.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling paperwork related to damages, shortages, and vendor returns, as well as performing general clerical duties.
Workspace Maintenance:
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe, ensuring parts are stored correctly and bins are tidy.
Other Duties:
Shipping, assisting with inventory counts, managing back-ordered parts, and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the parts manager.
