Job Description

Powersports Parts, Accessories & Apparel Sales Specialist The Role:
At Souhegan Valley Motorsports, we don't just sell parts; we sell the ultimate riding experience. We are looking for a Sales Powerhouse who understands that the showroom floor is their stage. You aren't just an order-taker standing at a parts counter. You are a consultant who uses deep product knowledge of all powersports brands to help customers build the machine of their dreams. If you have a proven history of hitting sales targets and love the "art of the close," we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales First Execute the
Sale:
Proactively engage every customer. Identify their needs, overcome objections, and close sales on riding gear, performance parts, and lifestyle accessories.
Maximize Every Ticket:
Use expert product knowledge to suggest "add-on" sales that the customer didn't even know they needed yet.
Lead Generation:
Build and maintain a client base. Follow up with past customers about new seasonal arrivals (Dirt, Street, and Snow) to keep them coming back to SVM.
Strategic Merchandising:
Maintain high-impact displays specifically designed to trigger "impulse buys" and showcase our premium inventory.
Expert Technical Support:
Use your experience to quickly and accurately source the right parts to keep the deal moving forward. What You Bring to the
Team A Sales Track Record:
You have a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a high-traffic retail environment.
Customer Influence:
You have the "gift of gab" but back it up with technical authority and professional follow-through.
P&A Authority:
You know that the right gear makes or breaks a ride. Whether it's explaining the safety ratings of a premium helmet or the fitment benefits of OEM vs. aftermarket parts, you speak the language of the rider and close the sale by building trust.
